CIESEA community outreach and engagement

Our Work

Community Outreach and Engagement

In the field

Connecting scholars with schools, universities, and agencies

CIESEA encourages visits to educational institutions, professional exchange, and public engagement so that comparative and international education serves communities across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, and the DRC.

Outreach sits alongside teaching and research: workshops for early-career researchers, roundtables with faculties of education, and special interest groups that keep members working with practitioners on the ground.
